Oh and...

As the last post did not mention the rest of us at all I will add this quickly.
The girls are doing well. They like the fish, although they also like to hit the tank which I am trying to discourage. Rusty also loves the fish, but we all know he's obsessed with fish anyway.
They also love the kittens, they are learning to be gentle and can mimic their mewling quite impressively.
They have been learning about eating out (have had three restaurant meals in the past 2 weeks) and have been surprisingly well behaved each time.
They got sick (the vomiting kind) for the first time since they were born. It was very gross and lasted 6 days, beginning on mothers day (what luck). Also had the runs, poor things. At first they didn't mind when they threw up as they didn't really know what was happening, later on it upset them and they would cry. They are mostly better now although still sensitive to milk products.
They are still very hyper little girls but loads of fun and we remain completely smitten.
Chris has been working away from home 4 days a week and the girls don't like it (although they really only notice first thing in the morning and the evenings when he is normally there). The first week Kate cried going to bed every night, which is not typical, especially of her. She was also standoffish at first when he came home, mad at him we figure. They are getting used to it though.
They are learning to talk on the phone instead as a result. :)
Last night I realized how often we have people other than Chris and I here when the girls go to bed. Even though the house was empty Lucy had to stop at the bottom of the stairs as we headed up and say "bye" and wave to the empty room as it's such a habit. Funny.
